This is our latest acquisition and project. You may notice that we have a new crooked wall next to this greenhouse. Almost all of those rocks came out of the site the greenhouse now stands on. Many of the larger boulders were found while digging the holes for the poles. The tools of choice for that are potato picker and crow bar.

This is the greenhouse in its original location in Limerick.

The poles are finally in after two days of digging.

After receiving almost a foot of rain in the last week, we've gotten around to putting the hoops up.

We've added one end wall and a raised compost bed for winter salad greens.

We've added the other end wall, increased the size of the raised compost bed, and added wild pansy, onions, leeks, broccoli, and carrots.

We finally got the top on today! The last week has been spent backfilling around the baseboards and thresholds. The backfill came from the ledge we've been slowly exposing over the last two years. Pictures of the ledge can be found here. The covered walkway is from the free countertop scrap pile at Blue Rock, cedar clapboard free from Eva, and the windows and one door were free on the side of the road!
